Authentic Designer Clothes curates and displays product from various retailers and each product has a different return policy. This mainly depends on which partner you buy from. You can find the merchant’s return policy on their website when you go to make the transaction.
We recommend returning items in the original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected during transit. In general, you must return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags.
- If the item has a security tag, it must never be removed and kept on at all times.
- The returned item will not abide by the return policy and will not be refunded if the security tag has been removed.
- Shoes and accessories must be put back in the designated boxes.
- Lingerie and swimwear can only be tried on over your own undergarments, and hosiery must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Various charges, such as return shipping or restocking, may be subtracted from the refund depending on the retailer.
